Pros

It’s rewarding to help kids along with their reading skills. It really feels like Lindamood’s methodology works—you are paid for the two weeks you spend learning it, which is nice.

Cons

Low pay for a job that can be very exhausting

Absolute Nightmare. Run the other way!

Pros

None. Hands down, the worst employer of my entire career.

Cons

Poor staffing, ridiculous hiring/onboarding process, unreasonable expectations for mediocre pay, rigid and archaic policies and procedures, excessive meetings, 4 minute lunch breaks, and 11 hour work days. Endless micromanagement. Too many members of management work from home, and are completely out of touch with actual day-to-day operations.

Helped kids read. Rewarding. The end.

Cons

Paycheck. Time off. Exhausting. That's it.
