Co-workers were great, and helping folks was very rewarding. The kids we worked with were wonderful.

Cons

The folks running the company (Nanci Bell and her minions at corporate) are egomaniacs who treat their employees miserably. They act like they're God's gift to humankind. They're snarky, they talk down to people working under them, and they don't show any appreciation for the work that their employees do.
