Pros

Enjoyable people to work with, and little to no micro-managing. Great environment.

Cons

Uncertain future while employed, and uncertain how to get job-level increases. Apparently lay-offs are a bi-annual thing that come up too consistently, and there seems to be a lack of clarity on how to move to the next job level. This makes me wonder if it's an issue with finance management in an otherwise successful company.

Meaningful work, pay is pretty good. Genuinely fun job with good people at most centers.

Cons

Can be taxing - you are mentally "on" during your entire day.
