Pros

They emphasize courtesy so parents and students always feel welcome. They also have fun things like celebrations for the kids when they have a new achievement or meet a new goal.

Cons

Staff likes talking negatively about children during breaks and many of the clinicians have no experience with children or tutoring/teaching. They see this as any temporary job which I see as unfair to parents spending thousands of dollars. Also, many of the staff do not use any discipline. I've seen students threaten and physically kick or throw things at staff and they laugh it off, making it hard to work with kids who have no respect for you as an adult. Schedule can change hourly which is so stressful.

Other clinicians are often very nice

Cons

Very inconsistent hours each week and they don't care about giving each person enough hours, yet they expect us to always be available to work. Growth in the company is only for very specific types of people. They do not allow you to put them as job references for any future jobs you apply for.
