Pros

Getting to work with great kids and coworkers. Also all the programs work well. Students go from being nonreaders to reading at higher than their grade level in a month.

Cons

Terrible scheduling. One week you'll have 40 hours next week you'll only have 10 hours. Also they don't give you the upcoming week's schedule until the weekend and it changes daily, leaving no way to plan for the week/month. Being expected to know how to work with students who have severe behavioral issues and/or severe disabilities without receiving proper training. Extremely corporate.
