Great company, decent benefits, low hours

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great curriculum tailored toward building academic skills and positive self-image, great company mission, little parent-interaction and no lesson-planning at the entry level, competitive pay, friendly company atmosphere, paid in-depth training

Cons

Short and sometimes unreliable hours, regimented program with limited flexibility, low behavior expectations for students, initial training provides a lot of information with not a lot of time to acclimate to material
