Pros

Great benefits, perks, wlb and free food.

Cons

Current CEO has tanked the morale and culture of this company. He’s not a natural leader whatsoever. Middle managers knew nothing about the work we did or how to solve people problems. Highly overpaid and never held accountable. Ultimately we were all laid-off as work shifted to India and the support hub in Omaha. Since then there have been more quiet layoff rounds, and more to come. Additionally, they seem to only hire silver-spoon outside hires and dismiss internal applicants. The “people” do not make this company a great place to work, the perks/benefits/wlb do.

Pros

Good pay Good perks Company recognition on resume

Cons

Company is not what it once was. Layoffs all the time, management has become about identifying low performers. Growth is limited both for career and for the product.
