Pros

Amazing place to work. Very flexible with schedule as long as you get your work done. Great benefits! Great PTO. It's the best place I have worked at honestly.

Cons

As an NGO its pay is under what other private places are. But again, it's.... It has so many positive benefits that the cons aren't there unless your sole factor in life is to just earn money.
