Cons

--c-level leadership need to stop putting their title ahead of people. --too much of "I am an executive, you have to listen to me" bs... even after leaving, it still showcases this

Pros

I've been working with Linux for almost two decades, and have finally reached where I want to be - working at the LF, right at the core. The entire organisation is full of talented, brilliant minds, regardless of the position. - even the non-technical staff are bright and sharp. That said, most importantly, everyone is really nice too. No brilliant jerks here. Working with cutting-edge technology. Mostly remote-based workforce, which is my ideal working arrangement. Very flexible, family comes first.

Cons

Need five words - there really aren't any! I've never been able to say this about a role.
