Horrible work culture in the whole company - US & India. Poor working culture and xenophobic attitude towards Indian teams by US teams. Indian HR is spineless and puppet in the hands of US Management. Too many Sales Hats and they spoil the broth. CEO is a real joker with no vision, doing mustard challenges and hobnobbing at Pebble beach. Some real idiots serve as long term US associates and just dicatate and treat Indians as slaves. Indian company has so workplace issues with insecurity to woman associates (POSH was implemented),yet sexual harassment cases on woman have been subdued bu Indian Management. Lot of Senior Management clashes and power struggle..but some comedians in the company like CISO,some partners who are bench warmers provide real entertainment with their individual circuses..free show for all.

Dangerous place to work since the management is given all powers to release you from company without any proper processes. Jon (CEO) seems to be not having any direct knowledge on how the company operates in India. Management is only under pressure to show bottomline growth and instead of growing services they look at reducing cost. In this process, LH loses credibility and Trust.
