Pros
Starting salary is good as they will pay you well if they want you. However, other companies may not be willing to pay the same when you want to leave. The benefits are good, but a bit on the high end of pricing which is not usual with companies. Starting PTO is 3 weeks.
Cons
There are no career opportunities as LH is all about placing you at a client either as staff augmentation or on a project. Titles are meaningless. There is little to no contact with your LH manager who may be in another state with a different client. They have no idea of what you are doing yet they will review you. Expectation of billing 40+ hours plus working on internal projects (which may never be used) on your personal time. If you do not work on internal projects, you will be reviewed lower.
