Cons
The structure of the company is to benefit the few in the “in” club. Felt more like a fraternity and sorority with leadership positions being taken by people who are incompetent (save a couple). The rules of merit do not apply here, it is a popularity contest so beware. The diversity of the “Litifam” resembles that of an exclusive private university, meaning everyone looks the same behaves the same and provides no meaningful insight of differing opinions. CEO is a ghost and appears to be more concerned about making overly edited videos than running a company. In short, it’s a beautiful piece of software that is being pulled along by a rudderless tug boat.
