Pros

I have a boss who I completely respect and completely respects me. He lets me work autonomously but if I need help he is there to guide me. The unlimited vacation time is real and I am encouraged to take 1 week off a quarter. The current pay structure is great with the quarterly bonuses. My time is valued and I don't even have to put up boundaries on work hours because they naturally fall into place.

-Opportunity to take on bigger roles and build your career. -Litify can be a stepping stone to bigger things in your career. Take that next step from low to mid level. -Product and engineering team is excellent--good work and good people. -Decent market opportunity in the legal space. -Brooklyn has a good office.

Cons

-Revolving door of new people at all levels. -Company hasn't figured out how to develop long-term leaders beyond the 2-3 senior leaders who have been around since day one. -Compensation is lower than industry standard.
