The technology being created is changing how law firms work. It may sound cliché or tacky, but it's the truth. There is a lot of opportunities as a developer to learn new technologies and bring ideas to the table. Very welcoming culture. Great work/life balance. Unlimited PTO. Remote work.

Cons

The company is growing, and with it comes some growing pains. However, this happens in every successful company moving from a startup to a mid size company. The companies organization is a little sloppy, but management has been working to refine it every day. No 401k match. Stock options are poor. Their handling of Covid-19 was dramatic but understandable to an extent.

Cons

Panicked during early 2020 when covid blew up and laid off a bunch of employees. Fears did not come to fruition. Excellent employee retention since then.
