Houston, we've a problem! Current environment is very stressful due to extremely aggressive project timelines and lack of top management's respect for employees. Engineers are constantly challenged on their ability to deliver. No Work-life balance - focus on work only and kiss your personal life good bye. Project management is non existent, project scope keeps growing while timelines keep shrinking and as a result individuals working 60-70 hours every week is the norm. Lots of good people left recently and the trend may continue if no corrective actions are taken.

The cons definitely outweigh the pros. If you’re lazy and don’t like change, lack accountability, and enjoy terrorizing your team this is the place for you. There’s no words to describe how HR turns the blind eye to how senior leadership treats their teams. Keeping the same people in charge for decades has been detrimental to this company. If you’d like a vision of what it’s like to work here watch ‘Mean Girls’ and prepare yourself for being fed a bunch of BS about how they are making improvements.
