      Able to work independently Not micro-managed Work is very easy once you get the hang of it Get to work with operations and build relationships

      Cons

      Horrible management accross the board in finance at all levels Huge disproportion of work done by key people Poor communication to employees; unclear expectations & goals High performers are not recognized so they end up leaving or becoming bare minimum workers

      Everything is going very well and I've had a fantastic experience so far on the Live Nation team.

      Pros

      Amazing people on the ground in each of the local promoter offices/markets. Ability to do something that a person loves, work in the music industry & expand contacts within this business (agents, managers, production). Opportunity to see incredibly live performances/shows, a huge perk of putting in 60+ hrs per week during the peak ampitheater season.

      Cons

      Company gets away with paying employees on the ground terrible wage for the sake of working for a "cool" company. Higher ups/senior management is very much a boys club, though standard in the music industry.
