Pros

1. Interview process was easy and less stressful than many other companies 2. They highly promote work/life balance 3. Benefits and paid time off is a bonus 4. Little perks and reimbursements are amazing 5. Ppl are very friendly and wants you to grow, with no judgement passed

Cons

Cant think of any at the moment. The product is complex, but reading helps clear any confusion you may have.

Work doesn't feel meaningful, although the company does a lot of create meaning and connection internally. Would recommend most for people who are highly money motivated.
