Flexible work hours and working arrangements. Goal driven, scrum teams. Careful but not adverse in adopting newer technologies into their stack. Welcoming of new ideas from anyone in the company. Smaller development team sizes and fewer teams than large companies makes the work environment enjoyable. Great people to work with.
