Pros

Honestly, none. After what I’ve gone through here, the bad completely overshadows any good.

Cons

- Leave system contains errors that directly affect pay, and employees can end up bearing the cost. - HR is slow to respond and rarely takes proactive action. - Employment instability due to multiple contracting entities over short periods. - Terminations can feel unfair and arbitrary (e.g., salary being “too high”). - Bonus schemes take a long time to implement and may not align with termination decisions.

Pros

Working arrangement that mostly work from home and that's all.

Cons

Where should we begin ? - management team is toxic, arrogant, and disconnected from both the product and the people. They chase delusional ideas just to impress investors and pad their pitch decks. Metrics are spun, and accountability is nowhere to be found. - One person in managerial level — aside from flying around the globe using the company card, it’s hard to pinpoint any tangible contributions. To make things worse, the channel that used to transparently report all company card usage across the team has mysteriously stopped. That says a lot about accountability and transparency - there’s one from HR who’s always smiling, always talking — but somehow manages to be at the center of most delays, ignored complaints, and tons of unresolved issues. The appearance of empathy is there, but real action? Absent. If you’re wondering why things are stuck or swept under the rug — it almost always leads back to that person. This person does everything except the real HR job - There is zero transparency from management, and critical decisions are made in silos. Employees are kept in the dark, and asking questions is often seen as a threat rather than an opportunity for discussion. - Turnover is left the charts. All the talented, passionate OG team members—the ones who built each product from scratch—have left. There was no effort to keep them. No exit interviews that mattered. Some people dont even had exit interviews. No changes implemented. Just rinse and repeat with new hires. - Speaking of new hires—most of the "positive" reviews on Glassdoor are written by new recruits, who are often encouraged or subtly pressured to post them during their onboarding, just to patch up the company's battered public image. It’s smoke and mirrors. - For those sitting in sales, prepare to be set up for failure. KPIs are continuously pushed higher to unattainable levels, making it impossible to succeed — conveniently allowing leadership to shift blame away from their broken strategies. - Do not expect any company culture. It’s nowhere to be found.
