Pros

Collaborative Team: The support and customer success teams are tight-knit, helpful, and genuinely care about each other. You never feel like you're handling issues alone. Engaging Product: Working with a product that merges tech and hospitality is fun and keeps things interesting. You get to see real impact from your interactions with users and merchants. Flexible Work: Hybrid work options, understanding management, and a decent work-life balance overall.

Cons

Growing Pains: Internal tools and processes are still evolving. Sometimes it feels like you're building the plane while flying it. Repetitive Tasks: Some days can feel a bit monotonous, especially when dealing with recurring issues that haven't been resolved at the product level. Training: Initial onboarding could be more structured—more formal training materials and product documentation would go a long way.

Pros

Work from home 3 days a week, most of the working level staff are friendly and helpful. Big boss man has bad eggs up there and he will not listen to negative feedback on his favourites, and quick to shut you down if his favourites dislike a project that clearly has positive returns in both money and process.

Cons

Oh god, where do I start? - people get fired randomly when there’s money to be raised (which is often) - They used to have talented individuals who have already left - Turnover is extremely high, all the senior technical, CX, product and shared services managers have left, leaving a large gaping hole in knowledge, the average tenure is very short - HR manager’s job is avoid paying Super and AL, especially when staff resign (his job is to delay it for as long as possible, usually he’ll ghost you for a few weeks, then slow things down because he’s checking things out, and cave in only when threats of Fair Work come along) this has happened to pretty much every leaver, AND current employees have their super delayed by a few months ALL THE TIME (something’s fishy here) - Big boss is absolutely lost, acquires businesses with functions that overlap each other and gets angry when this is surfaced, then blames others for poor due diligence (hey, it’s never boss man’s fault)
