      Pros

      Some managers really try and make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      The whole story is a lie. The associates never come first, promotibility is dangled, but unachievable and they only pay their favorites what they deserve. You are stuck in a box selling furniture to some really great clients, but nothing you will ever do is good enough. They will always find an issue and your schedule is all over the board.

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are nice, food trucks on the weekends, hourly wages are okay but not outstanding, opportunities to save on mattresses

      Cons

      Too many to list, benefits are expensive and unreasonable, some of the food trucks, lack of any benefits for part timers, compensation doesn’t line up with what they expect of you, micromanaging, rich CEO who does not care about his employees, having to sell a garbage “protection plan” called CareFree, cut —throat quota-based sales environment, the locations of the stores, lack of any real values or commitments other than making sales

      The hr team started going downhill when certain people left new people didn't know anything and are rude.
