Even though it's a non commission environment you still have goals to attain, if the goals aren't met the company let's you go. But they give you plenty of time and training to get you ready. Monthly bonus are good but it's equally divided among the sales team.. I think supervisors should make more since they have more responsibilities.

Leadership is controlling, has an environment of low trust all the GOOD caring people quit or are fired because they fail to worship leaders and are treated like children, they in turn do the same to the reps, too much unchecked power, it's so sad that employee attrition is very high. If you brown nose hard and long enough you get to stay, strong leaders who think for themselves and care about people DO NOT LAST!
