Pros

Stability, free lunch on the weekends, good co-workers,

Cons

Little to no advancement, empty promises, no pay raise, does not care about there employees, does not base your pay rate on your experience, random starting rates based on how they feel at the moment. No appreciation shown to call center representatives. NOT a team environment. Major separation! , etc.

Pros

Great culture to work with, a little bit pressure with goals, but friendly. Non commission, but still challenging.

Cons

Low pay, due to no commission. And they doesn't give benefit for people who work hard than the ones hiding.
