Pros

I am here 3 weeks and in this few weeks I have a great experience. I have a great team of managers, supervisor/advisor and CEO. They are very friendly and their services are very elevated. In a few weeks I have already spoke with a VIP of the company that is amazing for me. Many of their people are many years with the company. I can see myself staying with this company for a long time, as well. I am all in! Recommended 100% !!!

Cons

I have not seeing anything in this few weeks.

Trying to remain optimistic

Pros

The culture here is really trying their best to maintain a happy and upbeat environment. However, that usually rests on the backs of the office mgt staff and the employee committees. There are a lot of managers who try their best to keep staff motivated and focused. Time is usually flexible and mgt will work with you if you have to leave for apts or other personal issues. There is a lot of training offered to employees if they are willing to open up the portal and sign up for them.

Cons

Upper management (meaning Director and above) are so concerned with generating new business that they tend to over promise services to a customer then hammer the assigned team when targets aren't met. The team is expected to make the client happy at all costs while the upper mgt just moves to the next deal. Further, I have lost respect for upper mgt as a whole due to their "head in the clouds" mentality. We have a group of investors that have ZERO interest in the people doing the work. I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet the board and they were so underwhelming and gave off the attitude that they were just at the event out of obligation. No interaction, no mingling, no give a crap. They just scooted into a corner and talked to each other. Very bad impression and I have had a sour taste in my mouth ever since. It would have been better to NOT have that meet and greet. Further, I question who is really running this place and making the decisions. I can not point to ANY one of the multitude of upper mgt and board members who I find inspirational or motivating. They are all just a bunch of talking heads to me.

Pros

Benefits, pay rate, colleagues, free food.

Cons

Awful training, miserable culture, numbers-driven to the point of insanity, high expectations of employees without the follow-through promised in training or after reprimand, lack of faith in employees with no positive reinforcement no matter how hard you try, the occasional predatory co-worker prone to sniping easy work, shortage of work for people with incomplete training thus creating an inability to achieve numbers.
