      Sharing observations regarding the freight division in Canada. - good office environment and very little to no overtime work - effective training - very interactive and diverse job - understanding and helpful management - you learn a lot that will also help you with future jobs

      - lower pay - very limited career growth potential - some internal processes and systems are very archaic - no sponsorship for work permits
