      Pros

      Good team that I work with, very relaxed office, as long as you are pulling together sales, everyone is your best friend

      Cons

      If no sales on a weekly basis, feels like management is breathing down your neck. Commission is hard to obtain, even with selling 5k+ a week, feels like I'm making pennies. Targeted for rollover on commission, but still very little compared to other businesses.

      Pros

      There was lots of opportunity to learn new things, shifts are generally days so hours are good, benefits are good (at least if you don't have dependents)

      Cons

      Opportunity to advance can be limited, sometimes managers demonstrate favoritism, decisions are made arbitrarily by head office and other departments are expected to follow even when it doesn't make sense
