As a new hire, Loancare has really lived up to my expectations. Good benefits, great work environment, great company culture, and everyone has been so nice and welcoming. As a remote employee, I could not ask for anything more in my 1st couple of months.

Cons

I have not run into one yet. Really enjoying my job.

There’s nothing positive to say.

Cons

They are under the impression that you believe in the same things the company does. They will pick words apart and take those words you spoke and twist them. They are scammers. The want you to be OK with scamming others. HR will see you as different and single you out. I was fired because I showed distaste in their very stupid attendance policy respectfully. & because during training I notice how the systems of loans is a highly legal business of taking advantage of people. None of this was expressed to any customers and was spoken to gain more understanding of why.
