LD has a fantastic culture and work/life balance. Opportunity for advancement is well defined

Cons

Salary was a little low since they saw me as a new grad, despite having been a part-time student with real-world experience.

Pros

The office space is nice. The work is interesting.

Cons

The leadership team doesn't know how to manage people. They also hate dissenting opinions. Yes-men are the types to succeed. This leads to dysfunction and bad decision-making. They also don't help employees resolve problems. As you can guess, turnover is high. Pay and benefits are low for tech too. The work perks are poor for tech too. They also rely too much on contractors. It's not a tech company but a retail company using tech, so don't expect to create a lot of impact if you are in a technical role.
