There are weaknesses in organization, just like at any other big company. There tends to be many chefs in the kitchen at any given time.

Pros

The work is pretty easy here and lots of very smart, nice people that work here. The atmosphere is very laid back and for the job, the pay is very competitive. The benefits are pretty good, too, and work/life balance could not be better. Very flexible working schedule.

Cons

There really isn't a structure for promotion or any type of professional development. Too top heavy and lots of bureaucracy to deal with. This company doesn't reward their worker bees that are on the ground actually doing the work. All the credit goes to big wigs. CEO very old school and resistant to change.
