Again this is a non-profit you need to know how to balance work and life if not you may suffer in both.

LISC has a supportive work environment with very intelligent staff. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about various aspects of the company's work and move around within the orgranization.

Cons

Small teams leave limited room for growth, although internal applications are encouraged it is rare that positions open up as so many staff have been here for many years.
