Really bad pay

Pros

Vacation time after 2 years, if you save enough vacation time, you can roll-over up to 400 hrs each year. If you are new you start with 0 and 40 hrs, pro-rated.

Cons

Insurance is really bad and expansive. Depending on your manager, it can be absolute hell or doable, but quickly looking to get out.
