Pros

Great benefits, flexible work schedule. An amazing opportunity to work on a variety of space missions. Experiencing an actual launch has been the most exciting part of working for the company.

Cons

Seems as though the company is losing in the battle for innovation in the aerospace industry. Definitely lacks career development. You have to play the game!

Pros

more than usual exposure to senior leadership flexible work hours for the most part slightly above average compensation free grad school

Cons

straight pay for any overtime AFTER 45 hrs so you're actually paid less to work overtime General consensus is it's very difficult to level up Health benefits are pretty bad but it's the same HDHP plan all companies are moving towards
