Flexible work schedule and various interesting projects. Ability to move around due to company size.

Cons

Knowledge sharing is lacking. Large experience gap is prevalent throughout the company. Processes often hinder and slow down efficiency drastically in some cases.

Pros

Fascinating and challenging work, and a good collaborative, respectful culture where doing the right thing always comes first. Lockheed has made great improvements lately in diversity and inclusion.

Cons

As to be expected from a large company, especially one with mostly government and other large customers, there's a lot of red tape.

Pros

Lockheed is a pretty good company to work with. My co-workers are very intelligent, the benefits are great and the pay is above average.

Cons

I haven't found anything too big to gripe about.
