Pros

Strong company with great numbers for investors. Good heritage of notable achievements. Good benefits. Good management culture in my experience.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business being mostly government contract driven, the company has been cutting back on all kinds of things over the last few years including staffing. Their are fewer opportunities to grow/advance in the area that I worked and this part of the company is being sold or divested due to underperformance.

Working there will allow you to move into different and challenging positions. You can also work at different location around the world.

Cons

Some of the challenges in working on some programs is that the contract you are working on can come to a close at which time you have to move on to another program.
