Pros

It is a big name to work for and looks great on your CV Large company there has all the mature processes you would expect There wasn't too much micro management Lots of different job opportunities The company is able to pull in customers using its financial power which is good Most on the front line staff are very hard working and decent people

Cons

A very political workplace. Has a very old school boys clubs feel to it and it shows as most of the management is in its 50's. Lots of inequality on pretty much every attribute, race, gender, sexual orientation.... Culture of bullying with very little input from HR who don't have awareness of all parts of the company A bit of a "Conman" style of working, lots of lies so the top boys can get their bonuses While there is lots of job's within the company expect to do someone a "favor" before you can get the job Not many benefits as you would expect from a company of this site, it is pretty much you annual salary with only the statuary benefits they have to give you.

Pros

Every Friday off (4/10 schedule) at MFC. Good benefits and PTO policies.

Cons

Very stingy on authentic promotions, forcing people to apply to other reqs internally or at outside companies to move up the ladder. Culture is so heavily stovepiped to the point that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Overall job satisfaction varies drastically based on your program/function/IPT. Lots of self promoters, brown nosers, inept managers, and idea men to go around.
