Not Great

Pros

Benefits are industry standard as are salary bands

Cons

They preach innovation, but really want everything to remain unchanged. A very stifling environment full of average to below average employees.

Beware of Health Insurance

Business Outlook

Pros

Diversity of projects, opportunities to move around

Cons

Every since the company self-insured they have become micro managers of your health care. They have become the deciders that appear to be more interested in deny, delay, avoid providing anything more than annual checkups. Aetna is just a front company for the corporation and adds no value but does create a lot of obstacles. One no longer knows what will be paid and what will not. Recently, months were spent trying to get a basic service that cost less than $300.
