Pros

Upper company is typically hands off and offers somewhat decent incentive programs. Actual portal interfaces work great.

Cons

Requests for administration actions or program participations typically come down at the last minute. Have had pay incentives removed that I was originally hired upon based on non-transparent corporate decision for entire department.
