LM rewards employees that are willing to uphold and personify their corporate ethics and vision. They employ a very dynamic and talented workforce and encourage a good work/ life balance. They provide excellent career paths and mentoring from more experienced colleagues. Management has respect for their employees and truly care about their careers and job satisfaction.

Cons
