Pros

Great people. compensation is good. Flight test is awesome. The benefits we still have are top notch in my experience.

Cons

Location is very remote, I have long commute because I choose to live in a decent area. The company is cutting back benefits every year, as is the same with most large corporations.

Pros

The people here make this company great. Very intelligent, friendly, and willing to help others succeed. You can learn a LOT from the people that work here. As a young engineer, the corporation offers programs to allow you to explore the company and become a leader. Also, the job opportunities are very exciting and personally rewarding. The company offers a great benefit package, including a good amount of tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted within the same job title. In order to get ahead in the company you have to switch positions, which means people who become experts in their field are not rewarded for their continued service.
