Business Outlook
Pros
If you have a military background this place is pretty much the easiest place on the planet to excel. Those without one seem to think the operational tempo is really stressful, but at the end of the day it's pretty cool.
Cons
It seems that at a certain level management is no longer based on experience or time with the company, at high levels of management it's a mix of outside hires who know nothing about the business and those who cut their teeth in the company and I'm not sure that's the best thing.
