A solid place to work with a few minor grievances that add up over time. Majority of the people I worked with were great. If you network well and are in favor, there should be no reason why you can’t grow your career.

Cons

High turnover on certain programs and not in a good way. It can cause burnout for the employees that do stay having to cover.
