Pros

Lots of different opportunities to move around and get exposure to different products and design life cycles.

Cons

Such a large company with a lot of high-value projects, so there are a lot of processes to follow.

Pros

Plenty of resources and knowledgable people Education Assistance Competitive Salary/Benefits Excellent Work/Life Balance Decent Management

Cons

Typical big company; very political. The opportunity to move around in the company is there, but unless you don't network or "know someone" those opportunities are almost non-existant, regardless how good of an employee you are. The level in which your job is based on could more than likely be inaccurate, as it is based off of years of professional and relevant experience. That said, most military experience will not carry over, for some reason.

Pros

Good benefits Work Life Balance - the pace is slow but this allows you to not be overworked. 9/80 schedules are nice Good location across from NASA

Cons

Put new employees fresh out of college in Houston while direct managers were based in Denver. Little contact between new members and rest of team. Led to great inefficiencies. Slow pace
