Lockheed Martin’s leaders are veterans in their career field and are not afraid to change and adapt in hard situations. This company has taken care of my family for a number of years and makes the decision to stay in the company very easy if ever any external opportunities come along. I highly encourage and recommend Lockheed Martin to anyone in a STEM field seeking employment.

Lockheed Martin has been leading the Aerospace and Defense market for decades. They have formulated their processes with precision and know what it takes to stay at the top. When compared head to head to start ups in the industry, their incentives could be seen as a negative if not fully comprehended from the big picture view. Consistency over time is not everyones desire but it is the goal and result of an industry leading global corporation.
