Great pay with consistant raises.
Cons
Lots of issues with new supervisors. Most of them don't know their job and rely on mechanics and technicians on the floor because they don't know the sequence of the aircraft build. Therefore they prioritize jobs out of sequence. This is an ongoing issue. You pay over $70 a month for union dues as a union employee, but when you have real issues like harassment on the job with proof no one does anything. The union and Hr and even ethics are useless. They give you a Handbook and tell you if you have an issue with harassment or misconduct at work, Here are the contact phone numbers to call but when you call and report the issues nothing happens.
