Overworked and underpaid. Lockheed in Denver has a "no-jumping to other contracts" policy. That means they can under pay you and overwork you, knowing you can't jump to a new contract. They will hire you with the promise to pay you more...lies. Working for Lockheed was the worst job I ever had. I worked for them for too long and was drastically underpaid. The other contractors were very backstabbing and will throw others under the bus out of fear of losing their job because management always hangs that fear over their head. The amount of annual leave given is a joke. Shift work only pays 11% shift differential even though govt workers get 30% for the same shift
