Red tape everywhere, even newer employees don't want to change inefficient processes, Benefits are average at best. organizational knowledge is being lost. In the future there will be increased inefficiencies and loss of stability because average wages and benefits will not induce people to stay. Current discussions in HR include "getting the most out of people for 5 years". more senior employees are no longer valued, one example is the cancellation of the Quarter Century Club shameful
