      Culture is the best part. Extremely lenient workplace when it comes to hours. Make sure to complete your work on time and with precision. Efforts will be recognized.

      Cons

      A bit old and might need to attend on-site depending on your project assignments. For the most part, the company is moving in a forward technology-facing direction and implementing newer work culture standards.

      Stable job with incredible freedom for work life balance. Get a chance to work on very cool things and support the defense of the country.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is compensation, especially in software and other tech fields. The other issues are a lack of technical competence in the leadership chain and the thought that just hiring people and throwing them at problems solves them.
