Avoid this company if you are in a Data, AI, and IT career. Otherwise, the company has a tremendous mission and products for other professions. The Data, AI, and IT departments are years behind, lack significant skills and experience, and leadership doesn’t know how to invest in cutting edge technologies that drive innovation and employee skill growth. Management leads by intimidation and aren’t educated and required to know anything about the fake titles they have. Stay away from anything that mentions Cloud, AI/ML, Data Science, and Big Data because nobody is doing it effectively here. The reality is the majority of the company is simply that bad at this kind of work, literally rock bottom. You are stuck with outdated technology and gridlock because of greedy egos, internal politics, and bad competition amongst teams. The work is too easy, does not feel rewarding, and be prepared for turf wars across departments. There is imposter syndrome and red tape everywhere with job security being the main motivation. Majority of the VPs and CTOs continue to leave the company probably because the Data, AI, and IT strategies are dictated by political maniacs who have no credentials and prior knowledge building a data driven roadmap. Unfortunately, bad leadership and technology investments have set this company back years and will continue until somebody drains the swamp. Employees become paranoid, miserable, and afraid to speak the truth. Extremely cut-throat, nepotistic, and unhealthy culture. If you are a passionate creative motivated individual you will be holding yourself back, receiving way lower pay, and wasting potential. If you love to drink the kool-aid, are technically incompetent, and enjoy playing reverse psychology games you will fit right in. These amateur teams and departments are a circus, waste millions of dollars, and provide no value to the overall company business success and warfighter. You have been warned.

Company culture is a mixed bag. When the pressure to deliver is on, executives are lean hard on employees. At times demanding very long hours for extended periods of time.
