Pros and Cons of LM as a QE

Pay, Location, and Benefits (LGBTQ healthcare covers most of IVF costs), 160 hours of PTO a year, 100 hours of holiday pay a year (10 paid holidays), & 4 weeks parental leave + 2 weeks FMLA and possibly more with FAMLI act through state of Colorado in 2024!

Cons

No pension, no increase in PTO until 9 years of service, hard to get promoted unless you move around every few years or so, remote options are limited for this job role, and not as advanced with technology and standardization. Rarely offers move package for this location or sign-on bonus (have to negotiate that).
