Within the IT realm at LM, understanding who does what and where in the company is a career in itself. Internally there is so much duplication of work that getting anything done takes what seems like eons because under each employee's roof, different processes exists and different people are doing the same thing unknowingly. The spread of team members beyond all geographic borders hinders employees from being on the same page and working efficiently. Not to mention the red tape slows processes to a snail-like pace while life outside the company is advancing at light speed.

The company can be too big. Nee more visibility of other programs within company.
